services provided by Revitalife Contents Recovery and Restoration (“Company,” “we,” “us,”
or “our”). By using our services, submitting a request, or visiting our website, you agree to

Use of Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Any misuse may result in denial of

Service Estimates & Job Scope
- Estimates are based on visible damage and may change with the discovery of additional
damages.
- Customer is responsible for payment unless a prior written agreement exists with an
insurer.
- Additional services not listed in the original scope may incur extra charges.
Insurance Claims
- We work directly with property owners, and insurance adjusters when requested, but you
(the property owner) are ultimately responsible for payment.
- We are not responsible for insurance coverage decisions, delays, or denials.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us perform our work efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to the property
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions or sensitive items
- Make decisions or approvals in a timely manner
- Keep pets, children, valuables, and personal items secure and out of work areas
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
We may send non-marketing, service-related text messages to your mobile number. These
may include:
- Job status updates
- Appointment confirmations or reminders
- Time-sensitive communications regarding your property
- Follow-up messages after service
Opt-In and Consent
You authorize us to send these messages when:
- You provide your mobile number on a form, call, or during service setup
- You respond to a message
- You verbally request or authorize SMS communication
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. Message frequency varies
based on the services being provided. Message and data rates may apply.
Subcontractor & Vendor Disclosures
- We may use subcontractors for specialty or overflow work.
- All subcontractors are expected to meet industry standards, but we are not liable for
actions outside our control.
- Subcontractor work is coordinated and reviewed by us whenever possible to ensure
quality.
Contents Cleaning & Restoration Limitations
We take care when cleaning contents and property surfaces, but cannot reverse long-term
wear, staining, or damage.
- Pre-existing conditions, degraded finishes, or permanent staining may limit final results.
- When cleaning old floors, countertops, or textiles, results may vary due to materials and
age.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency cases
will be reviewed case-by-case.
Warranty & Disclaimer
We warrant our work to be performed in a professional, industry-standard manner.
- We are not liable for damage resulting from delays in customer response or hazardous
pre-existing conditions.
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, insurance delays, or structural damage
outside our control.
- We are not responsible for mold, microbial growth, or water damage resulting from client
delays in authorizing service.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of
our site or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in Pitt
County, North Carolina jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on
this page. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated
terms.
