They did a great job over all. All of the employees we had contact with, did great work & were very pleasant & helpful. One issue that was a concern, they would schedule a time, but not adhere to that time. They might show up from 30 min. to an hour late. I did not give 5 stars because a job that they estimated to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks, took close to 8 months to complete. That being said, it was not all their fault.
The cabinet company that they recommended (and we agreed to use), proved to be the largest part of the problem. Part of the problem may have been the COVID pandemic, but there were lots of other issues that could have been avoided. The cabinets seem to be good quality & look nice, but we had numerous problems arise from broken parts, receiving wrong items, incorrect sizes ordered, and missing shelves, etc. We made it clear when they measured for the cabinets, we wanted as close as possible(with a few upgrades) to what we had, however, the lady that we were dealing with, ordered what she thought we should have, not what we had asked for, so some corrections were made that also added additional time.
I should also add, that REVITALIFE stepped up and provided some extra items/work that were not actually required, thanks to Daniel Johnson & Will Buck.
